CONFERENCE BOOKINGS TERMS AND CONDITIONS
16 Booking Conditions
Online bookings using a credit card for payment will receive an automatic
confirmation email which will be sent immeditately on successful completion
of the transaction. Requests for an invoice will be fulfilled within
7-10 working days. Payment must be received within 30 days (or before
the conference date if that is within 30 days of receiving the invoice).
If payment is not received, delegates will be asked to guarantee payment

at the prevailing fee rate has been received by us.
17 Cancellations/Substitutions
Cancellations are subject to a cancelllation fee that will be clearly
stated on booking information provided at the time of booking. Substitute
delegates are allowed but may be subject to a small administration
fee which will be made clear at the time of the original booking. Cancellations
and substitutions must be made in writing.
18. Access requirements
To help us ensure that all delegates attending conferences are able to
participate as fully as possible, please let us know about any requirements
you have by contacting us using the details above.
19. Dietary requirements
Where any meals are provided as part of the conference fee this will
be stated on the booking documentation. When meals are provided we
